New France had 3 main militia districts. Quebec with Red caps, Montreal with Blue and Trois Riverier with white. These figures are based off Zeveda's Strelets. The uniforms and weapons may seem a little out of place on the Canadian battlefield but when you have limited supplies of figures, you have to improvise. Plus, the Canadian winter can be quite cold such as -45c! And that's without taking into account of the windchill. Having taught for an extended period my career is now in private security.
